2A Benefit
Your questions, answered
What is 2A Benefit?
2A Benefit is a free benefits and insurance guide for the Second Amendment community that lets you request a quote from a licensed local agent. It is not an insurance company and does not sell policies itself.
How does requesting a quote work?
Tell us the coverage you're interested in and your ZIP code, and a licensed agent who serves your area will reach out with options. There's no cost and no obligation.
Is 2A Benefit connected with Medicare or the government?
No. 2A Benefit is an independent, privately run site. It is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program or any government agency.
What's the difference between Medigap and Medicare Advantage?
Medigap (Medicare Supplement) works alongside Original Medicare and lets you see any provider that accepts Medicare, usually with a higher monthly premium and a separate Part D drug plan; Medicare Advantage replaces Original Medicare with a private plan that often includes drug coverage and extra benefits but typically uses provider networks and has different cost-sharing. Which fits depends on your health, budget and doctors.
Can I get a discount on car or home insurance?
Many insurers offer discounts — for bundling home and auto, safe driving, security features and more — but availability depends on the insurer and your state. A licensed agent can check what you qualify for.
Does homeowners insurance cover firearms?
Many homeowners policies include some coverage for personal property such as firearms, but limits and exclusions vary, and valuable collections may need extra coverage. Review your policy or ask a licensed agent.
I'm a licensed agent — how do I receive quote requests?
List for free, or sponsor a territory: 1 ZIP code for $99/month, 10 ZIP codes for $499/month or a whole state for $1,499/month. Quote requests from your territory arrive in your email and back office.
